Your hosts, Michael and Louise, welcomes you to a unique and stylish Perth holiday home apartment. Our English style hospitality will make you feel at home with in minutes of your arrival. Located across the road from the Indian Ocean and just 2 minutes from Hillarys Boat Harbor, Crossland House is ideally located for a Perth holiday home accommodation apartment.

Our location is superb. Ten minutes walk to the shops, beaches, restaurants, cafes, nightclub and tourist attractions at the very popular Sorrento Quay. Central to major roads, train and bus routes. Shopping at Whitford City Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute drive away or a small shopping centre for all your daily needs is with in a ten minute walk.

We offer an elegant and stylish holiday home accommodation that would rival some of Perth Hotels.

The kitchen is well equipped with BBQ facilities on the balcony. Digital cable TV, video, radio and CD are here for your enjoyment, you are welcome to bring a selection of your favourite music. The apartment has air conditioning for those warm days of summer and heating for those cooler days of winter. Breakfast provisions includes a fruit basket, wine and soft drinks awaits your arrival. Laundry by arrangement.

The main bedroom is a comfortable, beautifully appointed room with a large walk in robe and semi-ensuite. (linen and towels provided) The second bedroom is located off the lounge area and will sleep 2 people. A private balcony extends from the lounge offering scenic views and cool sea breezes.

The Indian Ocean and beautiful white sand beaches awaits you. Swim, take an evening walk along the beach, or just simply relax taking in Perth's Mediterranean style weather.

Or take a stroll to the Sorrento Quay where a range of restaurants offer superb meals, leisurely browse through the many shops along the broadwalk or see the underwater aquarium at AQWA. Take a whale watching tour (in season) or trip to Rottnest with Hillarys Fast Ferries. The Great Escape will entertain you children and make them smile.

We had a fantastic three week holiday at Crossland House. The apartment is a '5 star' property in a great location and really is a 'home away from
home' with everything you could possibly need. Louise, Michael and Oscar made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this property and are already planning a return visit next year.
