Tariffs (Current as of January 2006)

Below tariffs apply to direct bookings via adjacent booking form. Accommodation subject to availability.

$80 per night for 4 people
$70 per night for 2 people

Discounts apply for extended stays of 14 days or more.

4 persons maximum.
Cot and High Chair available for infants.

Booking Conditions

1.APARTMENTS- will be ready for occupancy AFTER 2p.m on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10a.m on the day of departure in order that they may be checked and serviced for incoming visitors.

2. BOOKINGS- Reservations are acceptable in writing or by telephone, but when the later written confirmation will be expected within one week, otherwise the accommodation will be released. A non-returnable deposit of one third of the total holiday cost is required when confirming. An acknowledgement and receipt will be sent upon the deposit being paid. The balance is due three weeks prior to the holiday commencing. A reminder is not sent but a further receipt will follow completion of payment. Cheques should be made payable to Louise Wharton. Arrangements are in place for accounts to be settled at any bank worldwide, account details and swift code will be forwarded to you on confirmation.

3. CLEANING- It will, be the responsibility of the outgoing guest to leave the apartment clean for incoming visitors for which cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner are provided. Please report any breakages, which will be replaced. We reserve the right to charge for any special cleaning or repairs that we may have to any expensive replacement of equipment. The public area stairway and hallway are cleaned by us weekly.

4. SMOKING- is not permitted within Crossland House Apartment.

5.OVER- USE- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ADDITIONAL VISITORS BE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT OVER THE MAXIMUM NUMBER STATED.

6. Rights- are reserved to change specification of equipment bedding etc. should the need arise.

7. DAMAGE TO CARS- The management of Crossland House Apartment do not accept responsibility for damage to cars whilst parked on the grounds.

8.YOU DON’T NEED- Bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, beach towels, salt & pepper, loo rolls, tin opener, coat hangers, bedding, washing up liquid or dish clothes- we provide them!

Finally, our aim is to help you make the most of your holiday at Crossland House that you will return again and recommend us to your friends. Our program is one of continuous improvement, however, the best improvements are those recommended by our guests, We would ask therefore, for any suggestions you may have in order that we can add to your future comfort and enjoyment.
